Refund and Delivery Policy

At Serra Mesa Florist, we strive to arrange with the freshest flowers. If you are not satisfied with the arrangement, please contact us at SerraMesaFlorist@gmail.com or (858) 414-5158.

Substitution Policy

Final arrangements may differ from our online catalog due to various seasonal conditions. Specific flower varieties or colors may not be available; we will contact you as soon as possible.  However, if we cannot contact you within 5 hours prior to delivery, we will create an arrangement that is of equal value and beauty with available in-season flowers.  Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of the arrangement.  Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value. 

Refund Policy

If you have questions regarding the quality of the flowers, please contact us at SerraMesaFlorist@gmail.com or (858) 414-5158 within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement for a replacement.  Delivery charge will apply.  If we cannot provide you with a suitable replacement, we will refund your entire order amount (after the arrangement is returned to our facility).  No refund or replacement will be made if the arrangement is damaged due to mishandling by the recipient.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order cannot be changed or cancelled after the order is accepted.   

Delivery Charge

A delivery fee of $20 is applied to all flower ordered in San Diego.

Delivery Policy

For same day delivery, your order must be placed before 12:00 PM, except for major holidays.  We recommend placing your order at least a week in advance of Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.  We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, we aim to deliver within 5 hours after your order is accepted.  If you have specific time frame or delivery instructions, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate.

No refund, replacement, or re-delivery will be provided if any of the following conditions are encountered during our attempt at delivery.  We will not leave any products outside unattended.  We are not responsible for completion of delivery if the recipient or representative is not present to accept.  We are not responsible for incorrect address provided by the customer.
